We are very satisfied with the installation of flooring at our home. Carpets By Otto were able to answer all of our questions prior to the ordering and installation. While installation took longer than anticipated it was done properly and with great care to our personal belongings. Now that the installation has been completed, I have no reason to not use Carpets By Otto again in the future.

From start to finish this project was perfect! From Taylor in the showroom to John for scheduling installation, both were extremely professional and helpful. Our installer was Ryan, and Ryan was fantastic. I did not expect the rooms to be left so clean! We had a lot of furniture to be moved and everything was put back together in pristine condition! Thank you all for a job well done!!

Had a great experience with Amy and the guys that came, removed my old carpet and installed the new. Very professional and informative and did a great job. Love my carpet.
